Important Guidelines for AeroSEC 2026 Registration:
- Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates.
- Please wear your registration badge (Bar/QR coded) at all times in the conference area.
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Students must submit a recommendation letter from the Head of the Department/Institute.
- Always mention your registration number in all correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.
- Spot Registrations: Payments will only be accepted via cash or card. Delegate kits for spot registrations will be provided subject to availability.
- Delegate kits will only be handed over to registered delegates.
- Payment gateway charges: 3% for INR payments
- The conference organizers are not responsible for delays in postal delivery, failed electronic communications, or undelivered correspondence.
